Leaving “Reviews” Terms & Conditions
We want to hear about your experiences with the businesses advertised on this Directory and we value your contributions!
Whilst leaving a review is welcomed, we want to make sure that the reviews left are a trustworthy source for all our customers.
1. ANYONE CAN LEAVE A REVIEW
To leave reviews for businesses and services that you have used within this Directory, you do not need to register. What we ask is that you leave an honest review with as much detail or as brief as you like, and bear in mind you can leave as many as you wish, but we reserve the right to reject or delete your reviews at any time, without notice.
2. REVIEW CONTRIBUTIONS
All reviews that are left via this website will be accepted as non-confidential and will not entitle that user to any royalties or any other compensation.
All users are responsible for the content they submit. We are not responsible for any content left and in no way responsible for libelous comments, or reviews that could be deemed as defamatory in a British court of law.
Our visitors want to hear about your experiences which help them decide who they may use so we ask that the review you leave is based on your experience, that it is not second hand information or rumours or other people’s comments and should include enough detail so that those who read your reviews will find them of use.
3. CONDITIONS ON LEAVING A REVIEW
We ask that you do not leave reviews that contain;
- Racist or sexist content, or condescends certain people or groups
- Content, including copyrighted material
- Unlawful or disloyal purpose or content
- Any personal information
- Libellous that are known to be inaccurate or false
4. RECORDING OF YOUR IP ADDRESS
Every review that is left has your IP address recorded. Tools like IPinfo.io can provide details about your IP address, including the owner’s contact information.
Whilst IP addresses can be traced, they do not always reveal precise locations. They can, however, lead to the ISP or network provider associated with the IP.
If the review left violates point 3. CONDITIONS ON LEAVING A REVIEW, we reserve the right to pass on your IP address to the business owner.
If you leave a review you are solely responsible for the legality of the content. If this does violate 3. CONDITIONS ON LEAVING A REVIEW, we are within our right to either decline the review or delete it. We are also within our rights to ban that user from leaving future reviews and/or comments of any nature.
We also reserve the right to delete any contributed reviews at any time, without warning, without explanation. If you wish to contact us do so here and we will do our utmost to provide you with an explanation as to why.

6. ENSURE YOUR REVIEW IS EASY TO READ
Please help those who read your review by using the correct alphabet. We ask that you do not submit reviews which have HTML tags, or excessive CAPs or slang. Please be as detailed as possible. Each review is read to ensure its content is correctly spelt and corrections may be made before being approved.
Keep an eye out, once we have approved your review it will be available to all.
7. LEAVING SELF-REVIEWS
The reason behind creating a review is so that customers can leave an honest review regarding work or a service they have received and not for a company or service to review themselves.
Any reviews submitted by the company owner(s) or we suspect employee’s of your company, or purposefully to cause damage to the company or individuals who run the company, intentional harm, these will be declined.
8. NEGATIVE REVIEWS
If you feel that you need to leave a negative review please contact us once you have submitted it. If you submit a negative review we wish to authenticate this first, to ensure the review is fair, genuine, and reasonable.
If we do not hear from you the negative review will not be published.
